I never really felt the Nissan Juke needed any tuning. It doesn’t matter what I think because Senner Tuning made a package for it anyway.
The need for individuality it seems spans far greater than I imagined the Nissan Juke could offer. I’m told they sell a lot but I rarely see more than one a day.
Senner Tuning is offering the full deal, there’s a fresh body kit, a new coat of paint, new wheels and new performance pack.
Starting with the new body kit, no actual aero features are added but there’s a different look and it was developed along side the guys at Autohaus Morchel.
For some reason they both decided to make a really big deal out of the carbon fiber mirror caps on the side.
The turbocharged 1.6 liter four cylinder engine is pumped up beyond its usual performance and now goes as far as developing 222 horsepower and 203 lb-ft of torque.
We’re not talking to much extra boost, but there’s an ECU remap, a high-flow air filter, a sports exhaust system and the difference is 35 hp and 26 lb-ft.
Even so, the guys over at Senner Tuning have decided to update the handling package completely. The suspension was the first to get an update in the form of a 35 mm drop.
The 20 inch alloys with red and black paint may not be to anybody’s taste but the brand new sporty tires wrapped around it will attempt to make up for it.
