As you may already know, Carlex Design is one of Europe`s most prolific tuner when it comes to interior customizations. However, just like others, the tuner is also offering complete aero packages to work in tandem with the exquisite new interiors.
Besides famous models from different high-end carmakers, the aftermarket specialists from Carlex Design have recently presented their new take on the X-Class Exy pickup truck from Mercedes-Benz. And as we can depict from the media gallery below, the project involves customizations both at the interior as well as at the exterior.
We are dealing here with a limited-run of just 999 units to be offered, both in Urban and Offroad forms, each one being customized with a plethora of high-end features.
To start with the exterior, the Mercedes X-Class Exy has received a massive wide aero kit, comprising bolt-on extensions on the wide flared wheel arches, bespoke rear bumper with winch and under body protection, new vented bonnet with scoop and front guard, new side skirts, massive off-road tires and LED lights on the roof.
Inside, Carlex Design have fitted the cabin with the latest leather upholstery, with emphasis on red and black theme. The Recaro seats are also treated in leather, while the steering wheel comes with a mixture of carbon fiber and leather. Mechanically, the Mercedes-Benz X-Class Exy by Carlex Design has also received raised suspension and new braking system.
