The tuners from Elia have developed a new package for Dacia Duster. The Mioveni SUV receives a Pioneer multimedia system and numerous chrome trims.
Dacia Duster received the attention of the tuners from Elia again. This time, the tuners chose a white Duster, which they equipped with a kit of aesthetic accessories painted matte black, with a set of chrome ornaments and 20-inch alloy wheels. Like the ornaments that equip the side sills and the two bull-bars, the rims have a chrome finish. The rear features a set of LED taillights, used by Elia in the previous package for the Duster. In addition, the Duster features a stainless steel exhaust system.
Duster’s interior was not modified with as many ornaments as the interior, but it received a 2DIN multimedia system. It is made by Pioneer and also includes a navigation system. Unlike the Media Nav unit found in the Dacia range (not available on the Duster due to technical compatibility) the Pioneer multimedia system has a CD Player and a micro SD card slot, but no USB or AUX connection.
We expected the Germans to pay more attention to the interior, but there is a possibility that they will offer a customization program on request.
Like last time, Elia didn’t ride under Duster’s hood, preferring not to change the Romanian SUV too much, although the 20-inch wheels are a pretty dramatic change. Shortly after Logan’s appearance, Elia launched a tuning kit that included a mechanical compressor capable of boosting the 1.6 MPI’s power to over 100 hp. Oddly enough, Romanian tuners did not launch packages for this model, despite its sales success, as they did with Logan.
