The German based tuner Fostla is well-known for its dedication towards providing the best aftermarket solutions for carmakers like Mercedes-Benz, Audi, BMW or Porsche. And one fine example of such dedication can be observed on the below 2017 Mercedes-AMG S63 Coupe S.
The new models from AMG are extremely powerful and equipped with advanced aerodynamics, not to mention the plethora of high-tech gizmos and features inside. However, the owner of this new AMG S63 Coupe S wanted more from it and decided to add some new visual elements and power boost under the hood.
Exterior upgrades are not Fostla`s main ingredients, however, the technicians from the German tuner have managed to create a more aggressive feel by adding some new elements. We are looking here at the vinyl blue chrome matte paint finish, tinted taillights, as well as 22-inch alloy wheels from Prior Design, wrapped in 265/30 and 305/25 front and rear tires.
Performance wise, the 2017 Mercedes-AMG S63 Coupe S is an exceptionally powerful car, coming with a massive 5.5-liter bi-turbo V8 engine, with 577 horsepower and impressive 664 lb-ft of torque. With a top speed of 186 mph, the model is also able to achieve a sprint from 0 to 100 km/h in just 3.9 seconds.
With the tuner`s new power upgrade, this lad here is capable of outputting no less than 740 horsepower and 885 lb-ft of torque, all that achieved thanks to the new engine improvements. Interestingly, the aftermarket specialists used G-Power`s famous Bi-Tronik 5 V1 module, also seen on other models from BMW or Audi. Hence the impressive power and torque.
Fostla is not the only tuner to upgrade the 2017 Mercedes-AMG S63 Coupe S, with its tuning program being amongst the less powerful. There are also others to make the new S63 S Coupe more potent than Fostla`s program, like Wheelsandmore (792 horsepower), Brabus (887 horsepower) and Mansory (985 horsepower).
